Interactive Embroidery Map

As part of my Master’s Research Internship at Studio SubTela – Concordia University 2018-2019 I imagined, created and presented an interactive embroidered Map at the Mini Maker Faire in Montreal. Its proposes, alone or with several people, to make a multisensory travel through the different sound spaces of Montreal. When you touch some parts of the fabric, you activate sounds that transport you to geolocated areas of the city. You can enter the geolocation codes in your google map to discover the places where the sounds were collected.
